Reading Challenge Starting

The one thing I forgot to do this weekend was to finish the reading challenge for Spring 2016 in our library. However, never fear, the page is here. Spring 2016 reading challenge. In fact, just reading one book, counts for 2 challenges. Throughout the semester to qualify for the grand prize, students must complete at least 40 of the challenges. So start reading already!

Story of My Life

On most normal days in my computer apps class, the students will be blogging to create their PHS portfolio. Rather than give excuses that I am too busy, I'm going to try to blog with them. This picture is actually one I took to create a new picture in the syllabus before the first day of this semester. But it holds a secret. I used iPhoto to edit out some items.

As a side note from this picture where I look really warm, the temp on my car this morning was -1. I'm really getting tire of -1 or lower. When the 40 degree days arrive, I'll be so excited! (Well, not really excited, but the warmer weather will be a comfort compared to the bitter cold stuff.)
